This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how Flowly’s subscription plans are billed, renewed, cancelled and, where applicable, refunded.
This policy applies to paid subscriptions for Flowly and should be read alongside Flowly’s Terms of Service and any other policies that apply to the use of the platform. Where a user subscribes to Flowly on behalf of a business or organisation, that organisation is responsible for the subscription and any fees due under the selected plan.
Users can subscribe to a paid plan through the Flowly website. Subscription availability, pricing and features may vary depending on the plan selected and any terms shown at the point of purchase.
Flowly may allow users to create a free account to try the platform before subscribing to a paid plan. Access to free account features may be limited and may change over time.
Where a user chooses to subscribe to a paid plan, billing will apply according to the option selected at sign-up. Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle chosen by the user.
The applicable subscription fee, billing cycle and plan features will be shown before payment is completed. By selecting a paid plan, the user authorises Flowly to charge the applicable fees using the payment method provided.
Users may cancel their subscription in accordance with this policy. Cancellation will stop future renewal charges, but it does not automatically refund fees already paid unless a refund is required by law or approved by Flowly under this policy.
Each paid Flowly subscription is taken out on either a monthly or annual billing cycle, depending on the option selected by the user at sign-up. The user is responsible for the fees due for the full billing period, even where cancellation is requested before that period has ended.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal will be for the same billing cycle unless the user changes their plan or billing option through the process made available by Flowly.
The user or Flowly may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to paid features will continue until that period expires, unless Flowly has suspended or terminated access under its Terms of Service.
Only the account owner, administrator, or another authorised person may cancel a subscription on behalf of the relevant account or organisation. Once the paid subscription ends, the user may lose access to paid features, usage allowances, stored entitlements, or other functionality available only under the subscription plan.
If a user has scheduled a subscription cancellation and wishes to continue using the paid plan, they may resubscribe before the current billing period ends.
Where the subscription is reinstated before the cancellation takes effect, the subscription will continue and will renew automatically in line with the selected billing cycle.
If the cancellation has already taken effect, the user may resubscribe by selecting a paid plan through the process made available by Flowly. Access to paid features will resume once the new subscription has been activated.
Each Flowly subscription includes the access, features and usage limits shown for the selected plan. These limits form part of the subscription chosen by the user and determine how the paid service may be used during the relevant billing period.
Subscription fees are charged at the start of the subscription and at the beginning of each renewal period. The billing date will follow the monthly or annual plan selected by the user when subscribing.
Fees will be charged to the payment method provided by the user. The user is responsible for keeping their payment details valid and up to date while the subscription remains active.
Where Flowly allows users to update their payment method through the platform, the new payment method will apply from the next billing period unless otherwise confirmed during the update process.
Where a payment fails, Flowly may retry the payment using the payment method on file. If payment remains unresolved, access may be restricted or suspended until the outstanding amount is paid.
Flowly may suspend or restrict access to a paid subscription where payment is not received, a charge is disputed, or a chargeback is raised. This allows Flowly to review the account, confirm the payment position and reduce the risk of fraudulent activity on the platform.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Flowly at its discretion. Flowly does not usually provide prorated refunds where a user cancels before the end of the current billing period. The user remains responsible for the fees due for the full monthly or annual subscription period selected.
Fees are shown exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase. Where taxes, VAT or similar charges apply, they may be added to the subscription fee and collected through the payment process.
Refunds are not automatically provided where a user cancels before the end of a billing period. Flowly may consider a refund where there has been a duplicate charge, billing error, technical issue that materially prevents access to the paid service, or another circumstance where Flowly considers a refund appropriate. Any refund approved by Flowly will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests should be submitted to Flowly using the support or contact route provided on the website or in the Terms of Service. The request should include the account details, billing date, reason for the request and any relevant supporting information. Flowly may request further information before deciding whether a refund is approved.
Where a refund is approved, Flowly will usually return the refund to the original payment method where practicable. The time taken for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider, bank or card issuer. Approval of a refund in one case does not mean that the same decision will apply to future requests.
Users may change their subscription plan at any time. Where a user upgrades, the new plan may take effect immediately or from the next billing period, as shown during the change process. Where a user downgrades, reduced features or usage limits may apply from the end of the current billing period unless otherwise confirmed.
